How to provide Magnets specifications on Drawings
Data on drawings provided by the customer is used for Star Magnet engineers check and manufacture the parts. It is therefore critical that your drawings have the correct information.
Highlights:
1. Counter sunk holes tolerance control:
(1). in the process of grinding and cuting, controlled by high precise machines.
(2). after plating, we will check the magnet tolerance as per drawings based on AQL standard.
2. Non-magnetism protective package:
(step 1). sorting the defect product after magnetized
(step 2). check the total quantity as per client order
(step 3). Vaccum packing based on magnet size and inner box
(step 4). Inner box packing and put the shipping label on the inner box
(step 5). Foam protection packing, and then iron packaging to finish the Non-magnetism protection
(step 6). Exporting carton with table tie and then pallet, post magnet Grade, size, quantities or special requirements
